It’s beautiful view from room, staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is not really bad. Maybe 3.5 out of 5 stars. Nice room and clean.

A grand old beauty of a hotel in lush, peaceful setting with a fabulous pool. We didn’t like our room due to a smell of sewage but the staff promptly changed us to a lovely, quiet room with a terrace & great view. Once in our new room everything was fabulous. The staff were especially helpful, kind & happy. I would definitely stay again.

Family stay for 3 night

Stay with whole family of 14 people. Check in process was easy and recieve all what we requested. Breakfast was grate and tasty. staff was very helpful. Kids enjoyed the pool. Pool was big and castle type Slight draw back was the aged building. Maintenance team do their best but doors and windows are old.

This property is in need of a renovation. It was convenient in the past as it was close to the old airport, but with the new airport now 1 1/2 hours away, there is no real reason to stay here as It’s 30 minutes by taxi to Malioboro. It does however have an amazing pool and good for the family…

Construction going on inside, so noise is an issue. Bathrooms need to be renovated. Location was great when the old airport was nearby, but the new airport is 90 minutes drive away without traffic, so no real reason to stay here aside from the awesome swimming pool which is the highlight of the property, so good for families.

It is a unique and spacious facility with a very nice pool and relaxing but beautiful atmosphere. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was great. Their promotions posted on the walls were not updated though. And they did not clean one of our rooms. Also, there was a blood stain on one of our sheets. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
