Welcome to a charming wooden house in a nice cottage area near the sea and swimming. Here you live in a scenic area surrounded by beautiful trees and peaceful nature. The house is beautifully situated on a small plain and with a natural plot. On the lovely veranda there are all possibilities for wonderful breakfasts, barbecue evenings and socializing with family and friends. Directly at the entrance you enter a large nice living room with a corner sofa with two simple extra beds, TV, dining area and a nice fireplace to snuggle in front. Next to the living room you will find a small charming and fully equipped kitchen. The house has two bedrooms with a double bed in one and two bunk beds in the other and a large bathroom with washing machine. Here you live cozy close to swimming, fishing, golf courses, the beautiful summer town of Åhus and with a short distance to all the beautiful Österlen pearls with its countless nice excursion destinations, wonderful fishing villages, cozy cafes and restaurants, galleries, flea markets, vineyards, shipyards, national park, viewpoints mm Welcome to enjoy a pleasant holiday in a scenic location near swimming and the sea!
