We enjoyed every minute of our stay at RIS. The staff and management were friendly and responsive and resolved any issues we had, which were not many. Stunning place. Great service and Manuella the receptionist was very helpful and professional. The apartments are spacious and comfortable and are truly better than any hotel room, very nicely equipped and decorated too. The view from windows and balcony is stunning. You can see half of Yerevan. 1 minute walk to Dalma mall, and 15 min walk to republic square and downtown. I highly recommend this place and will be returning to it anytime I visit Yerevan. The apartment is top class, has everything you need and more. Mariam the general manager is excellent. She cares about people and has a personal touch. It has a mall next to it which is convenient but it is away from the heart of the city and you need a taxi to get in though a very short ride. Otherwise the area around is not very appealing. They need higher speed internet as Netflix doesn't work and even YouTube is sluggish and cable TV did not work.

Anna, the receptionist, was such a breath of fresh air. We arrived very late in the evening and she arranged our transit and made our check in a seamless process. The cleaners were amazing and our rooms were spotless everyday. There is 24/7 security in the building and you cannot enter without a key. It made traveling with 5 women easy and comfortable. I even forgot my pair of jeans at our room and Anna was gracious enough to ship it back to the states for me. Seriously couldn’t recommend this hotel/apartment more. It was a home away from home. To make things better, we were only 6-7 minutes away from the Republic Square. Thank you so so much to the amazing staff at RIS DALMA!
