For at least 3 nights out of our 5, there was smoking in the room/s on our floor despite this being a no-smoking hotel. I called front desk and while they were apologetic, all they offered was an air filter. Not a room change. One of the major machines in the gym was not functioning and there wasnโ€™t a sign up till later in the day/following day. I loved this hotel greatly last year, but this year standards have slipped.

Wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location couldn't have been betterโ€”just a short walk to all the main attractions. Perfect for exploring the city!
