Servicio de recepción muy amigable, igual que en el restaurante. Excelente mantenimiento de jardines. Habitaciones y baño muy amplios. Es un poco antiguo el hotel pero se mantiene bien. Atención al pago de tarjeta ya que te cobran comisión por usarla, si pueden pagar en efectivo mejor.

Excelente atención de todos los que trabajan en Hotel San Carlos, el restaurante está abierto las 24 horas y te llevan tus platillos a tu habitación, áreas verdes excelentemente cuidadas y las albercas muy bien, gracias, espero pronto repetir la visita

Muy buen servicio y ya fueron recomendados, gracia

La verdad fue solo pasar la noche en ese sitio ya que el motivo del viaje fue por una celebración, pero si tengo otra oportunidad de ir por allá, mi selección será hospedarme en ese sitio ya que me gustó el espacio de la habitación, los cuidados de esta, el cuidado de áreas verdes y el servicio en general, sin duda es un buen lugar para pasar un fin de semana.

Hotel de 1 estrella: horrible

Llegamos y no nos encontraban en la reservación. Hasta que mostramos la reservación con Hoteles.com que mostraba que estábamos confirmados. Nos dieron habitaciones muy separadas y horribles. Tenían hasta las toallas robadas del Sports World. Del lavabo salía olor a caño, las sábanas se venían tan viejitas que no se si estaban usadas o solo percudidas. Al día siguiente, al salir sin mayor explicación nos cobraron de manera muy grosera. La verdad sólo nos quedamos porque teníamos una cita a primera hora a 700mts de ahí. Pero es un lugar horrible. Éramos 4 personas y todos opinamos lo mismo.

Muy buen servicio y atención. La Habitación tenía algunos detalles: 1) No funcionaba el agua caliente del lavamanos del baño, 2) La ventana en vez de cortina, tenía un cartón que no la cubría por completo 3) La cortina del baño estaba rota en los herrajes del tubo para recorrerla 4) Se perdía constantemente la conexión del Wifi
