山形駅直結の複合ビル上階のホテル。周辺には同様の宿泊特化型のホテルが多くあり競争が激しそうだが、20階以上の高層階の部屋からの眺望はこのホテルだけ。 宿泊特化型なので部屋は狭くアメニティやリネンも極限まで圧縮されていることに不満は無い。 問題は、折角設置されている加湿機能付き空気清浄機のメンテナンス。フィルター洗浄サインが点灯かつ「衛生上問題があるので水を入れていません」との記載があるにも関わらず、タンクに水が入っていた。気持ち悪いので電源を切って使わなかった。 朝食は、普段は24階の高層階で供されるようだが、お休みの日は1階共用スペースにある唐揚げ屋さんで供されるようでエレベーター内に乱暴な掲示がある。どう見ても2200円の価値はないのでパス。
