We were very grateful for the cleanliness of the room! We had a room with a private bathroom, and both the sleeping area and the bathroom was very clean. Futon beds were comfortable and warm. Extremely friendly staff, kind and genuinely helpful. We loved our relaxing stay. Thank you so much to the staff!

I had an amazing stay at Bekkan Fujiya Ryokan! The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and made me feel right at home. The baths were absolutely relaxing and beautifully maintainedโ€”perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. I also loved that they are tattoo-friendly, making it easy to enjoy the onsen without worry. Everything about this ryokan, from the service to the atmosphere, exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing Japanese experience!

Good place to experience Ryokan cooking

Very good for the price. Facilities are a little bit dated, but that is the norm for this type of establishment. The breakfast and dinner were very nice traditional Japanese meals that could not be faulted. Overall really enjoyed the stay at a reasonable price.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They did not speak English, but we used Google Translate to communicate. The room was spacious. The bath was very warm, but relaxing. Very traditional Japanese breakfast as well. Overall, great experience.

A lovely stay in a ryokan. The room was very large, the onsen facilities were great and it was easy to check in with very polite and helpful staff. The meals were great - very traditional Japanese food and a great way to try lots of new foods and explore the Japanese culture. An essential part of the Japanese experience.

Very nice accommodations for the price. Clean facilities. Very friendly staff (although their English is limited). Essential instructions are provided in English (although we are able to communicate in Japanese). Very generous and tasty Japanese style meals. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for reasonable but good accommodations and is willing to challenge the language gap.
