Odamız soğuktu duşta su soğuktu bunları resepsiyona ilettik ilgi sıfır alaka sıfır beklerdikki sorun varsa odanızı değiştirelim ama yok söylüyoruz kalorifer 24 saat yanıyor diyor düşü diyoruz bu su sıcak diyor ya sıcaklığın ne olduğunu bilmiyor yada dalga geçiyor o kadar otelde kaldık hiç böyle birşey yasamadık

NID A CAFARD CHEZ HOTEL.COM !

Ca ete lhorreur Nous avons dû quitter notre hotel la 2eme nuit pour cause d'innombrables cafards en fait le soir de la 1ere nuit nous en avons trouvé consécutivement 2 cafards mais bon on s'est dit on nous sommes en bord de mer peut être que c'est du à cela ! Et le soir de 2eme nuit nous en avons trouver plus de 15 cafards ! C'est ignoble c'est inadmissible nous sommes descendus à la réception leur dire que c'est INADMISSIBLE louer des chambres d'hôtels dans ces conditions c'est vraiment tromper et bafouer les gens .Nous avons été contraintes ma fille et moi de quitter cet hotel qui est indigne de matin et sur votre site hotel .com C'est un scandale De plus il y a plein de choses dont nous ne sommes pas habituer produits de bains entamés .ménage non fait ben passe INADMISSIBLE nous voyages beaucoup avec ma fille et jusque la beaucoup avec booking mais maintenant je crois que je ne viendrai plus sur votre site jai perdu votre confiance car vous ne voys souciez pas de la véracité des dires des hôtels que vous proposez Nous sommes DEçues et tristes. Et attendons votre réponse Au prorata du dommage financier et traumatisme occasionné
