This stunning Villa of a contemporary design is situated in the Residencia Cactus residential area of Playa Blanca, in-between the Rubicon Marina and Los Colorados area of Playa Blanca. Approximately a 20 minute walk to the Marina.

The Villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, master ensuite.

From entering the Villa you will come into the large spacious open plan lounge/dinning room and fully fitted kitchen. Patio doors lead to the terrace and pool area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/hob, fridge/freezer and microwave, the dishwasher is situated in the utility area. There is also a washing machine provided.

The lounge has a 55 inch flat screen TV with hundreds of channels including a full satellite TV package including sports and movies. Comfy sofas and easy chairs are provided with a coffee table and PS4 with 2 hand sets. The L-shaped sofa has recently been upgraded, is extremely comfortable and perfect for relaxing in front of the TV or reading a book.

The master bedroom has a kingsize bed with fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading to the patio area. There is a wall mounted 42 inchTV. The master bedroom has the benefit of an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and sink. A hair dryer is provided for your use.

The 2 other bedrooms have twin beds but can be made into a super kingsize bed with a mattress topper on request at booking.

All bedrooms and the lounge have coin operated air conditioning units.

Outside you will see some sea view across the ocean and to the Marina, the 7 x 3.5m pool is electrically heated and has a ladder entry. There is a high quality jacuzzi hot tub for easing sore bones and enjoying star gazing whilst sipping a drink of something cool. Pool towels are also provided.

Six sun loungers and a parasol are provided for sun bathing and there is a Canarian BBQ for the chef of the house.

High chair and cot can be provided.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. Everything we needed was there. The pool and hot tub were amazing and a good size for everyone to enjoy. The villa itself is well-equipped and comfortable, and a short walk from shops, bars and the Marina. All bedrooms are a good size and have air conditioning for those hotter nights, which the kids really needed!TV has plenty of choice, plus smart apps like YouTube, Netflix etc.There is parking on-site, and lots of free parking available around Playa Blanca. Arrival was made very easy with clear communication from the host. One very minor issue was resolved quickly.We'd love to come back and stay in future.

Beautiful Villa

We had an amazing stay at this villa, It is exactly as described. It has everything you need and more, Great communication with Nicola too. It isn't far from Marina, where there is lots of places to eat out. We will definitely be booking to go back next year.

Beautiful villa

The Villa is as advertised, it has everything you need to make it a home from home destination. It’s modern, near to the wonderful Rubicón harbour, short walk or taxi ride ( cheap and easy to book). A stones throw from Dorada/Playa Blanca. Perfect for us. I will definitely recommend this villa and will book again as perfect for my family.

Family Holiday July 24

Excellent property and as described. Really spacious and beds very comfy. Everything in this villa that you need and the supermarket close by. Owner very helpful. We hired a car which was handy to and from the airport and to explore surroundings. Loved the walk from villa into the marina and town, nice prom all the way. Enjoyed this holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Thank you.

Fantastic holiday

Lovely spotlessly clean modern villa located within a secure gated community. Fantastic heated pool and hot tub, all UK TV channels and streaming services, fast Wi Fi. Expertly managed by Nicola. Would highly recommend this property.

Great villa and holiday

The villa is well equipped with lots of little touches, such as the vast options of TV channels. Bedrooms and main living space are a good size with coin operated air con. Pool is great - more outdoor shade options would enhance this. Takeaway options available via UK delivery apps which is handy. Overall a great holiday - we hope to stay again next year!

Excellent Villa

Although the Villa was immaculately clean and well laid out and contained everything required for a perfect holiday in the sun. There were a few issues that I have to highlight. We arrived at the villa on 18th July at 9.30pm and gained entry to the villa. Unknown to me you have to use a fob to cancel the alarm, which went off. The owner called me and this issue was resolved.We were never told that the villa contained a slot meter for the electricity. The meter was reading 90 cents, if I had not euro coins in my possession we would have been in the dark. This issue was never mentioned on the web site when booking. We stayed in a similar Villa last year and there was no charge for the electricity. The owner left a folder with useful information and contact numbers in case of emergency(it said page 22 which was missing) Better instructions required. A broken blind in the kitchen was never repaired during our stay despite myself contacting the owner by e mail. Cost of electricity during our stay was 56 euros.

Excellent clean villa. Good size pool. Hot tub was a bonus. Very comfortable. Quiet location. Probably slightly too far to walk to beach especially if a hot day though with a car no problems at all as there was easy free parking everywhere we went.

Beautiful villa with all of the amenities

I stayed here alone for 5 nights in September—my traveling partner had to cancel, so I was solo the whole time. But what a beautiful villa to have to one’s self! I cooked quite a few meals while I was here, and the kitchen had all of the utensils and cookware a whole group of people could need. The beds were comfortable. The AC worked great! And the outdoor space was private and wonderful! What a nice, heated pool—however, the hot tub was my favorite. It cools down there at night, and I truly enjoyed stargazing at night in the large, comfortable hot tub. One of the best hot tubs I’ve experienced with a rental. Furthermore, parking was a breeze. One could either park at the entrance of the complex (a very short walk away), or in the driveway to the villa. Lastly, Russ, the property manager, was so helpful and nice. The airline had lost my luggage, and Russ offered so much help make sure I got my luggage back and had the things I needed to make my stay comfortable without my luggage. I wish I could have stayed here longer, and I am really considering returning. Thank you!

Relaxing days in Playa Blanca

This is a bright, spacious villa in a quiet location of Playa Blanca. The house has got everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Great location to explore the island and the swimming pool and hot tub to relax after our days out. Special thanks to the excellent property managers who gave us very useful information at the beginning of our stay and then were great help when we had a medical emergency on our last day.

Lovely modern villa in convenient location

We stayed here for 12 days in August 2020 and really enjoyed our stay. The villa itself is modern and spacious inside and newly decorated with a large open plan kitchen/diner/sitting room as you can see in the photos. Outside there is a heated swimming pool and a hot tub both of which we used regularly. The communication with the villa owner was excellent and we got answers to any questions very quickly. The villa managers based in Lanzarote met us on arrival and were really helpful and friendly and came round to clean the pool a couple of times when we were there and available if we needed anything. The location of the villa is fairly close the the rubicon marina area, and a taxi into the centre of playa blanca is less than 5 Euro if you don't want to drive in the evening. It's also located close to the papagayo beaches which are some of the best on the island. I would definitely recommend this Villa to others.

Agréable séjour

La villa est relativement récente, et de ce fait, fonctionnelle et agréable à vivre au quotidien. Elle est bien située par rapport aux commerces et aux différentes possibilités de visite. Elle est implantée sur le bord du lotissement, ce qui limite les vis à vis et les bruits contigus. La cuisine est bien équipée, et la literie est de très bonne qualité. La piscine est convenablement chauffée. Le jacuzzi est de grande taille (6 places). La propriétaire et le gérant sont réactifs, en cas d’incident. A titre très personnel, il y a toujours quelques points de détails qui empêchent l'idéal ; mais, finalement, c’est un bon choix pour passer d'agréables vacances.
