We’re very tired after driving for over 18 hours and we’re going to be checking in after midnight. Was able to book, pay, check in, get a key and check out without ever seeing a human. There was moving furniture and heavy footsteps on the floor above me that kept me awake until 1:30 am. I was in room 322. Plus the room was cold I put the temperature up to 78 degrees in the heat mode but it kept blowing out cool air.
