Whole House. 'Sea Breeze' is an inviting 3 bedroom beach house only 200m from the beautiful patrolled Wurtulla surf beach with its popular beach break. The house enjoys a bushy peaceful NE outlook interrupted only by the ever-present sound of the surf.

'Sea Breeze' is comfortably furnished and fully equipped to help you enjoy a relaxing break. It sleeps five and has off-street parking and a private fenced rear yard. It also has NBN internet.

Enjoy this central but peaceful location only three minutes walk from an extensive natural beachfront, and beautiful Lake Kawana. 'Sea Breeze' is perfect for surfing, fishing, sailing, canoeing, cycling or to just sit back and relax.
Fully equipped stone kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with separate toilet. New carpets throughout. Lounge, dining, and a spacious rumpus area. There are shady outdoor areas to enjoy the gentle breezes and a private beach shower off to the side. Please note that, in consideration of all guests, Sea Breeze is a smoke and pet-free home.

Sea Breeze is fully insulated and has crimsafe screens on most windows and doors for your security. It has air con in the main bedroom and also has ceiling fans throughout which keep it comfortable all year round.

Nice roomy place, nice area.
Place was quite and comfortable with plenty of room also. Accommodation itself fine, some older furnishings. No sheets or towels? Was contacted in regards to linen and a fee of $44. Include in fee would be best. Everyone needs linen. Overall ok

Great Getaway
A lovely holiday. It was a lovely quiet street, yet just a short drive to the shops. The beach, a beautiful state of the art playground for the children and fishing in the lake all in walking distance along beautiful pathways. The house was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. A very safe house for small children. It was difficult to leave. Thankyou for a lovely holiday David.

A great getaway
This is a great little home close to a fantastic beach and the lake. You hear the ocean most of the time and pick up the cooling breeze in the quiet neighbourhood. It’s well set up and comfortable for a family of 5. David has made it work for a simple stress free holiday that’s good value.
