Dear Management,
I am writing to formally express my concern regarding a serious breach of guest privacy. After my checkout, your staff contacted a local acquaintance—who had previously delivered gifts to me—about items I left in my room, instead of contacting me directly as the registered guest.
This action constitutes an unauthorized disclosure of my personal information and whereabouts, and resulted in an unnecessary personal misunderstanding. Such conduct is unacceptable under standard hospitality and privacy practices.
Please review this matter carefully and ensure that staff are properly trained to handle guest information with strict confidentiality.
I request a written follow-up from your management team explaining how this incident will be addressed and what corrective measures will be implemented.
