Das Haus ist super, wir sind absolut begeistert. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig, an alles ist gedacht, alles ist in ausreichender Menge da. Die Betten sind gut und das Sofa sehr bequem. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Fragen unsererseits wurden immer schnell und zuvorkommend beantwortet. Im nächsten Jahr kommen wir wieder, wir haben schon gebucht.

Die Ferienwohnung ist mehr als voll ausgestattet. Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser etc. ist alles mehrfach vorhanden. In beiden Schlafzimmern sowie im Wohnzimmer ist jeweils ein Fernseher vorhanden. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist ländlich und ruhig, trotz einer viel befahrenen Straße. Der Bäcker ist gleich um die Ecke. Bis nach Wyk rein ist es auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles in Allem eine sehr schöne Wohnung, die ich gerne wieder buche.

Bei dem Objekt handelt es sich um eine Haushälfte mit eingefriedetem (Friesenwall mit Heckenrosen)..

Bei dem Objekt handelt es sich um eine Haushälfte mit eingefriedetem (Friesenwall mit Heckenrosen), nur bedingt einsehbarem Grundstück, in ruhiger Lage im Ortsteil Wrixum. Im Gartenbereich befindet sich ein Gartenhaus mir div. Gartenmöbel, Sitzauflagen, zusätzlichem Kühlschrank, Grill und Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Da das Grundstück eingefriedet ist, eignet es sich sehr gut für die "Fellnasen". Nachbarn sind "Einheimische" und sehr hilfsbereit. Wyk und Oevenum erreicht man mit dem Rad in wenigen Minuten. Ein schönes Feriendomizil, auch wenn das Wetter mal nicht so mitspielt. Mit dem Vermieter hatte wir keinen Kontakt, scheint aber sehr nett zu sein. Die Vermietung Frädrich ist sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit und kümmert sich um alle Angelegenheiten. Sehr zu empfehlen. Leider ist das Objekt für 2025, in unserem Zeitraum, schon belegt, ansonsten hätten wir es wieder gebucht.
