Suite 16 #154, a Landmark Vacation Rentals' property, has everything you need for your next beach getaway! Located in the heart of Wrightsville Beach, guests will enjoy easy access to the beach and be within walking distance to Johnny Mercer's pier, shopping, restaurants, and bars! This home is loaded with many extras for guests to enjoy including: a gas grill, 4 cruiser bikes, beach chairs, a beach wagon, an umbrella, an outdoor shower, and more! There is a private elevator which is a welcome amenity to those with mobility issues and for taking luggage and groceries to the second floor.

This coastal, chic condo has three bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom and TV. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, access to the Juliette balcony with ocean views, and private bathroom with huge walk-in shower and double vanity. The second bedroom also has a king sized bed, and the third bedroom is ready for kids with a twin over full bunk bed and twin trundle. A pack-n-play is also available for guest use.

The kitchen is fully stocked making meal prep a breeze. The open concept living room/dining area is ideal for being able to socialize and enjoy meals and movies together. There is seating for 3 at the bar and 6 at the dining table. This home is equipped with board games, books, a deck with amazing ocean views, a full-sized washer and dryer, and a private tandem garage with parking for two vehicles. Please note that HOA strictly prohibits cars from sticking out from the garage into the alley. All vehicles must be fully parked in the garage and driveway. Additional cars can be parked on the paid street parking which is first come first serve. Street parking on Wrightsville Beach is free from October 31- March 1st. For entertainment, high-speed internet is provided. There are 4 flat screen TVs provided throughout the house. This home is not pet-friendly.

Guests will enter the driveway through a private, gated street. There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There are no keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Guests will be emailed their door code prior to their check-in. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no-stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided and beds will be made upon arrival. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.
