Walk into panoramic oceanfront views in our family owned top-floor end-unit 3 bedroom 3 bath newly renovated beachfront condo with elevator access to our floor! With new white quartz counter tops, brand new kitchen cabinets, and new LG range and refrigerator and new on-trend comfortable furniture. Our property has 54 five star reviews.! Enjoy a remote office site with our High speed internet mesh technology and also for TV streaming efficiency. Featuring 2 Primary King bed en-suite arrangements as each bedroom has its own bath with one suite on the main floor and one upstairs. The west facing King suite on the main floor offers sound side marsh views, and the second floor King suite has ocean views! This unit stands out from other Wrightsville Dunes condos with its modern open-concept kitchen and living room design. The third bedroom on the main floor has a new double bed and also a bunk bed with a double lower bed and twin upper bed.
An upscale yet friendly beach community, Wrightsville Dunes features 2 fantastic pools with brand new chaise lounges and umbrellas, a newly resurfaced tennis court with pickle ball lines as well and 3 private beach accesses for all of our guests. Watch the waves crash onto the beach from our 6 balcony hi-top Adirondack chairs with tables or from the newly-surfaced pool deck. We provide guests with our full garage access that contains 6 tennis rackets, tennis balls, 4 pickle ball rackets, pickle balls, 8 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach toys for kids, boogie boards, 4 beach cruiser bicycles, 2 kids bicycles, a rolling cooler, a Cool Cabana pop up beach tent, and a beach cart to roll all of it to the beach! The beach cart can also be used to bring groceries up in the elevator to outside our front door. Please do not bring the cart into the condo.
The North end of Wrightsville Beach features a flat, wide, white-sand beach perfect for walking, and is quieter than the busy south end while still being a 5 minute bike ride to Johnny Mercer Pier. With little public parking on the North End, our guests are privileged with 2 dedicated parking spots. There is a "Ring" doorbell at the entrance to the condo for security and an elevator to easily get to our top floor beachfront paradise.
Our condo has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need to cook a nice dinner or casual breakfast. Enjoy your meal and drinks on our family-sized country-chic dining table or spacious private balcony. Our Kinetico reverse osmosis kitchen faucet and Aquasana whole house water filtration and softening system provides our guests with clean reverse osmosis drinking water and ice and odorless clear shower water. LG Washer / Dryer and Bosch Dishwasher in unit as well. Please treat our condo as your home away from home and be mindful of our rental policies.
Wrightsville Beach is enjoyable all year long with its mild climate in the off season which is a perfect time to relax and walk along the ocean beach.

Our Happy Place

We have been coming to Wrightsville Beach for 20 yrs and this place to stay is our favorite. The Wrightsville Dunes keeps everything well maintained and it is in the very best location. The Condo had everything we needed, was so comfortable and homey. Loved that we were able to use the beach chairs, bikes and pickle ball things. And of course has the amazing view!

We visit Wrightsville Beach every year, and this was the best accommodations by far we have ever had. We love the privacy of the north end, and the location of this condo was perfect. The condo was clean as advertised; the check-in process was easy; and they thought of everything. Things I loved about this rental compared to others: no key fobs (easy to remember codes, so no need to worry about losing the fob or forgetting it); fully-stocked (k-cups for Keurig, dishwashing pods, and basics like oil, salt/pepper, ziplocks, etc were already there; LOVED the garage with everything you could need for the beach and vacation (easy to wash off and leave your beach gear in the garage so you didn't drag sand all over the condo). They also provided plenty of towels, including beach towels. And, the bottle of wine was a nice, unexpected touch. Thank you, thank you, thank you for the super relaxing stay. Your place is sooooo nice :).

A couple of glitches

All showers require a HARD pull out on the knobs as well as a twist. Information in the condo did not explain this and it is not intuitive. This information should be posted somewhere in the condo or in the information supplied to renter. Garage code did not open garage door. A fuse had tripped and we had to get the manger to come and take care of this. Finally the macerating toilet in the loft bedroom is LOUD when it flushes and sometimes just out of the blue. All amenities in the condo and the beds are great. Everyone slept comfortably. Air conditioning was too cold for us. We had to keep resetting the thermostat as it is on a program. 73 is better temp for us than 71. Kitchen is well supplied for a family of 6 eating and cooking dinner most evenings. However, it would have been nice to have a couple of sharp knives that are NOT serrated to chop vegetables, slice cheese and meat. Wrightsville Dunes location is amazing, period.

This property checked all of our boxes. Clean, spacious, so well stocked in the home AND garage (beach toys/gear, bikes, etc.). Wonderful Beach Condo

Spectacular view & well thought out place to maximize time on the beach! We experienced a few bugs in the condo. Unfortunately, there was some opened & expired food left in the pantry. (Likely no fault of the owner) i pitched the food and cleaned the pantry just in case! The upstairs “macerating” toilet is a bit different & very loud. Which is the only item that was not as expected! There are actually so many pleasant surprises…like bikes!! Thank you.

Nicely decorated and convenient

The condo was nicely decorated, fairly well equipped, and a convenient location. However, there are some things that need attention - the king bathroom downstairs had a real drainage problem in the sink and tub. It was like that when we checked in and I am surprised previous guests and/or cleaners did not report it. Major issue (probably just needs Drano but we didn’t see any). Also I think you have some mildew in the downstairs king bathroom and the one upstairs. We could really smell it and there is mildew on the bedroom wall upstairs. This is a nice place but for the money I paid for a condo vs. a house, these things should have been taken care of!
