The House

Thirteen bedrooms. Nine bathrooms. Sleeps up to 26. King and queen beds, twin bunk rooms; the layout works for multigenerational families, large friend groups, family reunions, or anyone who wants everyone under one roof.

Inside: a double living room with a gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Outside: wraparound porches on both floors with unobstructed views of the Atlantic to the east and Banks Channel to the west. Sunrise over the ocean in the morning. Sunset over the sound in the evening.

Direct soundside access is steps from the property for paddleboarding, fishing, watching the boats come through Banks Channel. The ocean beach is a short walk across the back lawn.
