This updated, 3rd floor, 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo provides unobstructed views and comfortable, open living/dining/kitchen areas that are perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. Kitchen has been completely renovated with new appliances and everything you'll need for cooking, Living space flows easily to a covered oceanfront balcony for additional lounging area after a day at the beach.

All 3 baths have been completely remodeled with all new tiled showers with glass doors, beautiful new floors and fixtures, and a
luxuriously deep, relaxing tub!!

We enjoyed our visit very much. The property is in a great location, quiet by the sea and easy access from Wrightsville and Wilmington. It was like visiting a home away from home. We had a wonderful stay as a family of 5 adults with plenty of room and access to beach and pool. Renting a sunshade from a local company for the beach was easy, and our time here was restful and relaxing.

Our third year staying at this beautiful condo for our annual family reunion. We’ve been coming to Duneridge for over 35 years and this is hands down the best condo we’ve stayed in. It is fresh and clean and has everything we need for cooking and enjoying the beach.
