Unfortunately, due to Christmas parties, at the hotel, on both nights of our stay, we were unable to eat in the restaurant. We found a loved pub in the village. When we asked to change our room, to move further away from the noisy music, reception staff were really helpul and accommodating and our second night was more peaceful.

The room was spotless and staff we're very helpful breakfast 😋 there's plenty to eat and wide choice of food to pick from only problem was my room was over Christmas disco which went on till late apart from that I would go back

It’s still a nice hotel but I feel their standards have dropped a bit. The breakfast is now buffet style unless you order something out of the ordinary. The room was not as nice as I remember previously. For instance some black around the bath. I think they need to spend a bit of money but like a lot of places they might be having to watch the pennies.

Idea location!!

Even though I had a email from the hotel to say they could offer me a top floor room we didn’t get one when we checked in. Room 13 needs a good clean top to bottom as high dusting certainly dosent get done due to thick cobwebs!! Around the bottom of towel bowl on the outside was also dirty and sticky off old urine. Still smells of urine in the bathroom but could be due to floor tiles and it’s in the grouting on the floor!!
