Luverne is a VERY small town. This is the best option in this area. We got in very late and staff were helpful and understanding. The front desk lady (Christina) was very kind and accommodating! The pool was warm and clean, but the hot tub was out of order—big bummer after a 15hr drive from TX. The rooms were very clean. No signs of bugs anywhere. Room service does not come in daily, you will need to request fresh linens from the front desk as needed. I missed this service but also understand the limited capacity of a small town. Breakfast was very basic (cereal, honey buns, waffles, juice). The room has a TV, mini fringe, and microwave. There is a nice drivein across the street (JJs) with great food. If we come back we will be happy to stay here again.

We stayed at the Econo Lodge in Luverne on the way out for our vacation and also on our return trip.The staff was very friendly and we were able to have the same room both times. There was a nice little breakfast bar with different choices to start out your day and there's also an indoor pool that looked very nice. We would stop there again on a future trip.
