Staff were pleasant and friendly. Room was basic but clean. Shower was warm only, we had to boil a kettle to have a hot bath. Breakfast was OK. Fried eggs had been out over an hour and were a bit congealed. it would be better to ask people what time they will eat breakfast and cook to order. Hotel advertised as a spa hotel but spa not in use.

Great hotel for visiting customer in Diss. Leisure facilities were very run down/unavailable. However, I had a very friendly check-in, a wonderful room, and the absolute difference was Lee in the bar. He was super attentive, busy, personable (we could have talked for hours about cars) and went the extra mile to look after me. He's a credit to your hotel!

I picked the property for location, value and EV charger. It didn’t disappoint on any of these. Room was a bit tired but for the price this was acceptable but great EV charger at a good price and good restaurant on site.

The checking in was brilliant, we arrived in the morning and they gave us our key early as we were not going to be needing our room until later as we were attending a wedding in a nearby village. Everything was as you would expect however the bed was not!! They had put a king size mattress on a double bed. Unbeknown to me I turned over while I was asleep and fell out hurting myself!! The mattress was not supported by anything under it and it was overlapping my side of the bed by about 9 inches. I'm sure this review must sound comical but I can assure you it certainly was anything but funny. I've just had a knee replacement and am not ready for anything else quite yet
