Lovely but not amazing

Lovely location and property has bags of potential which is not quite met. Arrived in Feb and I imagine has not been used recently as was very musty smelling and needed airing for a couple of hours which considering the temp was not great. Main bedroom has a small double bed of which the mattress has seen better days and very soft and uncomfortable, room would fit a king size which most people are used to. Kitchen and living room comfortable and well appointees. Overall it was clean and the welcome bottle of Prosecco was a nice touch and the kitchen had a supple of dishwasher tablets and the coffee machine had pods ready to use. View of woolacombe bay was amazing.
