Wool Bay is situated on the Eastern side of Yorke Peninsula, a comfortable 2 1/2 hrs drive from Adelaide (nestled between Stansbury & Edithburgh).

Perfect home for a short stay

We stayed in this property in Wool Bay in March 2024 when travelling around South Australia. The property was perfect for our needs. Spacious, clean and everything you need for a lovely stay. The grounds are large - excellent if you have young/teenage children. Plenty of room for them to run around. Wool Bay itself does not have any shops or restaurants but this did not bother us. There is plenty of fridge and cupboard space for all your food and Edithburgh is a short drive for shopping and a meal at the local pub. The perfect base for exploring the Yorke Peninsula.

Very clean, neat and spacious holiday home. We had no problems at all. Wonderful amenities and nice to have the central heating on autumn nights. A great place for squidding - we caught many off the jetty. If you are looking for more of a beach stay (sand for young kids etc) this is probably not it.

Great house, great location

We had a really nice time. The house met all of our needs, bbq, play equipment, yard for my dog and enough room to park 3 cars and trailers. Would definitely recommend staying. Phone signal in the house was at zero but really that didn't effect our stay at all. Owners were very quick to respond to our messages and made it possible to stay an extra night at the last minute. Thanks guys

A wonderful place to stay, property is spotless, everything you need, beds are great, the screen to the balcony is great when there’s a breeze. Quite location. Great food at the Troubridge Hotel in Edithburgh. The take away in Edithburgh is also V good. The Coobowie shop does fantastic pies and bread all homemade. Try new butcher/deli in Stansbury , it only opened on our last day. Will definitely be back. the Surf and Tackle shop in Edithburgh is V reasonably priced.
