Situated in the heart of The NSW Highlands on a 25 acre property - only minutes to Berrma and Bowral. The Cottage is stylish and spacious, beautifully appointed with a mix of antique furnishings, in-door fireplace, cosy rooms and rural vistas from every room. A great base to explore - visit local vineyards like Bendooley Estate, attend concerts at Centennial Vineyard, listen to live music at Artemis Wines or simply relax in the garden by the pool. Our three friendly donkeys – Bella, Fancy and Rosie and our paddock ponies - Possum and Princess will be your neighbours for your stay. They are very social and love a chat and snacks! Cuttaway Cottage is family and pet friendly – small dogs are always welcome.

No parties without prior permission. Additional cleaning fees will be charged. Guests may be asked to vacate the property immediately if this occurs.
Pet owners must collect + dispose of waste. Accidents in the house will incur additional cleaning fees. Keep dogs on a leash in pony/donkey paddocks.
