The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and clean. The pool and spa were very clean and well run with pleasant, friendly staff. Overall a brilliant stay. This was our second stay. It is conveniently located for driving to the nearby shopping outlet. The room tariff is also very reasonable.

This is the worst hotel I stayed. It needs an urgent refurbishment. 3 of the 4 days I stayed Breakfast was late by 30 minutes and the staff just didn’t care. No refunds could be processed as the booking was through Hotels.com. The food on the evening was terrible. I won’t go anywhere near this place again.

Really kind and helpful member of staff checked me and my family in. She reassured me that the meaning of service hadn’t been forgotten! She made me feel important and went out of her way to help.
