Why am I doing this survey?
We actually didn’t book this property with you. We booked it through Suffolk Secrets. This is because our credit card was cancelled during the booking process with you because there had been a strange transaction on it and our card company would not let us pay for the property. The card had been cloned and it was quite right that it was cancelled. However, your administration fee was paid. Therefore, we feel that we paid you for nothing as, when we contacted you the next day, you would not go on with the transaction. You did let us know that the cottage was with Suffolk Secrets but you would not give us their phone number so that we could explain the situation to them. Therefore we were left to ‘do it ourselves’. This we did and, fortunately, the cottage had not been booked by anyone else during the delay. We have paid you a booking fee for doing nothing, but I doubt you will see it that way. I will not give a full review of the cottage because you had nothing to do with our booking.
