Fantastic art deco house built in 1934.
There are three bedrooms with lots of natural light and comfortable furnishings.
The house has large living spaces which are functional and cosy.
There is a billiard table for entertainment, board games and a separate T.V room which has a chrome cast and DVD player and a assortment of DVD's for your viewing.
A large kitchen for preparing food and large dining and living space which looks out with a vista of the back yard.
The property is pet friendly.
The space
This is an amazing house with a fantastic feel, full of nostalgia and art.
Close to beautiful beaches, close to all amenities and great for exploring markets and vintage gems hidden in the rolling hills of South Gippsland.
One hour's drive to Wilson's Prom and a short drive to Cape Paterson, Inverloch, Kilcunda and Phillip island.
Fantastic Historical town full of fantastic bush walks and bike riding tracks.

Fantastic yard for bringing your pets and spending time in the garden enjoying the tree filled surroundings, BBQ and outdoor fire pit with ample sitting areas.

Our house is very unique in the area, you can feel the houses history with its open fires and Art Deco style. It is very comfortable with lots of separate living spaces to relax and enjoy.
