With 2 bathrooms equipped with showers, hair dryers and heated floors your stay will be as convenient as it is adorable. Barn board is a feature throughout the cottage and adds warmth and character. There are 2 fireplaces, a large dining area and breath taking lake views on 3 sides of the cottage. Experience what the Kawartha region has to offer with a stay the Paper-Birch Cottage.
The exterior boasts 600 feet of water frontage on a point. A key year round feature is our Beach Comber hot tub nestled amongst pine trees.
The dock is 450 square feet with south/west exposure. Multiple seating areas ensures you can find sun and shade when you want it. We provide 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards. For the grill master there is a large Weber BBQ connected to the main propane tanks to ensure you never run out of propane. The gentle sloping landscape is ideal for children and the elderly.

Great for cooking

Amazing property. We stayed in the winter and the hot tub was such a treat. The kitchen is the real star of the show here so highly recommended if for those looking to chef up some meals.
