Great location, very clean, easy check-in, and the communication process was a piece of cake. Overall, this is a great property and could very easily be a 5-star experience with a little more attention to some of the small details. A few examples: - The refrigerator worked fine, but the interior light was hanging loose rather than being properly attached. - Neither light on the stove worked. - There was one trash bag, but no extras that we could find. Same with toilet paper, and there wasn't any starter laundry detergent, so we ended up buying both. Not a huge deal—the grocery is only two blocks away—but having a few of those basics available would be a nice touch. - The biggest opportunity for improvement is the beds. The mattresses were pretty uncomfortable and not the quality I would expect from an otherwise very nice property. None of these things ruined our stay. They're just the little details that separate a good property from a great one. Again, the place was extremely clean, the location was perfect, and everything about check-in and communication was easy. I hope this feedback is helpful to whoever oversees the property because, with a few pretty simple improvements, this could easily be a 5-star stay. And I'll acknowledge that some of these may simply be my expectations and may not matter as much to other guests.
