Inside, you’ll find a comfortable queen-size bed, a reclining couch perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure, streaming television, and a thoughtfully stocked kitchenette. The kitchen includes dishes, cookware, utensils, spices, a refrigerator, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The private bathroom features a sink, composting toilet, and hot shower.
Step outside and enjoy views of the gardens, where seasonal fruits, vegetables, flowers, and wildlife create a peaceful and ever-changing landscape. Guests are welcome to relax among the gardens and experience the slower pace of life that makes Sunny Valley so special.
Fresh spring water filtered through a Berkey system is provided for drinking, and despite our peaceful off-grid setting, guests have access to reliable Starlink Wi-Fi if they wish to stay connected.
Your stay includes access to our 155-acre forest retreat. Explore walking trails, relax in hammocks beneath the trees, or spend time at our two ponds, including a swimming pond and a tranquil lily pond. During the warmer months, guests may enjoy paddleboarding, pedal boating, swimming, and floating on the water.
Additional amenities throughout the property include pickleball, badminton, basketball, a trampoline, lawn games, and plenty of open space to explore. Guests are also welcome to use our outdoor community kitchen, featuring stainless-steel workstations, hot water, induction cooktops, and outdoor dining areas.
The Resort is home to The Little Amethyst Amphitheater, an intimate forest venue that hosts seasonal live music, yoga classes, wellness retreats, sound healing experiences, and community events. Depending on the timing of your visit, you may have the opportunity to enjoy one of these unique gatherings.
