To be paid on site: security deposit of €100; electricity and heating costs based on usage; bed linens and towels can be brought from home or rented. Bicycles can be rented for a fee. In this property, dogs (shoulder height up to 30 cm) are permitted upon request for a fee. The entire accommodation is exclusively for guests. The apartment has central heating and also features an electric radiator (for use in summer if needed) and insect screens on the windows.
