Woken up at 6:30 with a lorry reversing with the tannoy system ‘lorry reversing please take care’ Room far too hot and couldn’t cool down otherwise good
We were placed in a small outbuilding with guests that had a party onsite. The guests joined each other and we were unable to sleep until they left at 5am. I complained but was only told the guests had now left and our second night should be ok. In the morning of the second day the housekeepers were unprofessional chatting to each other about their hair staring in mirrors etc . I would have appreciated some sympathy from the manager but there was apathy . I never have needed to write a review like this before it could have been dealt with much better if someone took the time to appreciate the situation .
