The modern and architect-designed house has got a first-class interior design with high quality furniture. There is a modern designed courtyard in front of the house and the entrance doors as well as a carport. The floor plans of the house are in line with the topography of the dune on which the house is built. In total there are three floors in this building. The large apartment is reachable via a staircase. This apartment has got a large living area with room-height windows which are a perfect element to connect room with the outdoor area. There are southward terraces and east- & westward rooftop gardens with a view into a park. The kitchen and the living room are due to the room height windows flooded with sunlight and furnished in a harmonic design.
The large apartment as got a living space, a kitchen with a dining table for 6 persons. A flat screen TV and WLAN is available. The terraces are equipped with sunbeds, outdoor furniture and parasols.
The second floor accommodates the 2 master bedrooms with box spring beds and wardrobes and a balcony. On this floor the elegant and modern bathroom is located too. It is equipped with a toilet, a shower and a bathtub. The attic floor accommodates a single box spring bed.

Rundum schön
Das Apartment ist wirklich schön und absolut zum Wohlfühlen, super ausgestattet und toll gelegen. Egal ob Strand, Restaurant, einkaufen oder Fähre - alles nur wenige Minuten entfernt… wir würden wieder kommen!
