Great Spa hotel in beautiful Wismar.

The hotel was clean and in general good state. Breakfast buffet was amazing and good drinks from the Bar, although it was closing a bit early. The Spa area was limited, but the things that were there worked fine. There were some construction going on to improved the offers. Location of the hotel was remote, to long a walk to get to town.

very clean and family friendly hotel

It is a very nice hotel, especially for families with children. Rooms are very clean with convenient access to the water resort. Breakfast was good with many healthy options, but you need to inform the restaurant in advance about what time you want to eat breakfast. Even though we informed the restaurant about what time we are going to eat breakfast we had to wait for around 10 minutes to find an available table. There were several empty tables but they told us that they are reserved for large families.

The room was clean but there was no attention to detail ( corners, dust under bed, etc), after all that's what distinguishes establishments from one another. The bathroom was always wet due to the shower design construction. No night light for kids to visit at night the bathroom. The whole room had to be lit like new years or use mobile flashlight. This is family orientated hotel/resort. Small things and attention to details are what make a champion and hotel was laking of this. Not adequate beer selection or wine selection no kids menu? Staff, service, cleanliness 8.2 . Rooms, menu, hotel quality 6.5 Location 9 Prices over the roof always in consideration to what you receive. You pay for everything except silverware and napkins. Aqua park perfect for kids and adults although some water slides did not work due to maintenance. Food at aqua park is garbage 6.1. Overall 6.7

Det var överlag bra. Termostaten pÄ rummet fungerade tyvÀrr inte, svinvarmt och svÄrt att sova. De utlovade "badtofflorna" fick vi tigga oss till av stÀderskan. Badlandet var helt okej, ingen jÀtteanlÀggning men rÀckte till för oss.

Desinfektionsmittel nicht benutzbar, Badelandschaft ĂŒberfĂŒllt, kein KĂŒhlschrank im Doppelzimmer, kein Platz fĂŒr die Koffer im Zimmer, keine 3 GlĂ€ser fĂŒr uns drei Personen, Badezimmer stĂ€ndig zu warm, TĂŒre sind so eingestellt, dass sie beim Schließen stĂ€ndig zuknallen, Duschwasserregulierung nur mit Handtuch möglich, da schlecht drehbar mit nassen HĂ€nden, braune Flecken im Duschboden, zu weiche Betten, kein Abendessen im Restaurant regulĂ€r möglich, da wir keine Halbpension hatten, keine Nachttischlampen, kleine Karte im Restaurant mit MĂ€ngel, aber super Rezeption mit freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal und schönes FrĂŒhstĂŒck mit gutem Brot.
