Für ältere Menschen ist der Transport des Gepäcks kaum zu schaffen

Be-und Entladen des Wagens direkt vor Ort nicht möglich, keine adäquate Abstellmöglichkeit für E-Bikes, Küche ist völlig unzweckmäßig eingerichtet, Farbgebung der Wohnung ungewöhnlich dunkel (schwarze Küche und schwarzer Eingang), Beleuchtung in der Wohnung größtenteils unzweckmäßig. Schönes Badezimmer, der Ausblick war herrlich.

interessantes Stadtappartment

sehr ins Detail gehend eingerichtetes Apartment. Es hat alles funktioniert. Die Stadt ist Fussläufig zu erreichen. Wunderschöner Ausblick auf den Hafen. Wo man Abends mit Livemusik, auch bis nach Mitternacht rechnen kann. Die Parksituation beim Einschecken Nachmittags war allerdings schwierig.

Traumhaftes, stilvolles Designapartment in einem außergewöhnlichen Objekt

Wismar an sich ist schon ein Traum. Eine wunderschöne kleine Stadt mit viel Flair und einer liebevoll renovierten Altstadt sowie einer schönen ländlichen Umgebung. Die Speicher im alten Hafen werden gerade schrittweise zu Ferienwohnungen umgebaut. Dort zu wohnen hat einen ganz besonderen Flair. Speziell dieses Apartment gehört zu recht zu den beliebtesten im Ohlerich-Speicher. Loftfeeling pur. Und Sonne von morgens bis abends. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

gute Lage

Wie beschrieben, schönes großes Appartement. Allerdings fehlen Gardinen, sodass es morgens sehr hell zum Schlafen ist. Viele Deko-Objekte geben dem Appartement einen interessanten modernen Charakter. Gute Lage, allerdings aktuell (9/2019) viele laute Bauarbeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
