Gute Lage - gleich am historischen Stadtkern

Primär war die Lage entscheidend für die Buchung und die war optimal. Anreise war per Bahn - die Parksituation für PKW (nur Anwohner im Innenstadtbereich) scheint schwierig - der Vermieter bietet Informationen und damit wohl die beste Unterstützung. Ausstattung bequem, geräumig und teilweise rustikal - dem historischen Gebäude entsprechend. Für Selbstversorger sehr zu empfehlen: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten innerhalb von ca. 5 Gehminuten. Leichte Schwierigkeiten hatte ich mit der Technik (WLAN - passiert mir öfters), was kein nennenswerter Nachteil war. Der Vermieter hat diese nach Hinweis überprüft, und konnte keinen Fehler feststellen. Werde ich wieder Buchen.

Gespräch mit Wohnungsverwaltung war freundlich und okay. Wohnung selbst war schlecht. Im Bad fallen Stücke der Decke ab , Drücker der Toilette fehlt komplett. Küche, Kaffeemaschine nicht nutzbar. Keine ordentliche Ausstattung. Fernseher keine Bedienungsanleitung vorhanden, keine Sender einstellbar , nicht nutzbar ,Kabel hängt quer die Wand runter. Also nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Am Rande der Altstadt

Eine ungewöhnliche aber großzügige Wohnung. Die Lage ist gut, die Parksituation zum Be- und Entladen eher schwierig. Leider keine Anweisungen für Bedienung des TV, für Entsorgung, bzw. Trennung von Müll und Verhalten in medizinischen oder sonstigen Notfällen. Handtücher und Bettwäsche mussten erst besorgt werden. Der Aufenthalt in Wismar und der Wohnung insgesamt waren entspannt und angenehm.

Kurzurlaub

Ferienwohnung unsauber,sehr bescheiden ausgestattet, keinerlei Informationen zur Unterkunft und Umgebung, im Internet wurde eine andere Immobilie abgebildet, das Bett mit 1,40 m Breite ist für 2 Erwachsene viel zu klein . Einen Kleiderschrank gab es nicht wirklich.Der TV Empfang war sehr schlecht und viel am 2.Tag ganz aus.Das einzige was gut war, Altstadt und Hafen konnte man zu Fuß erreichen. Das war mit Abstand die schlechteste Ferienwohnung die wir gemietet hatten. Wir würden die Unterkunft nicht weiter empfehlen
