"17 AM BERG" is located in Siedlinghausen, in the beautiful Sauerland region, about 8 km from the town center of Winterberg. Our house is situated on a south-facing slope, with stunning views and plenty of sunshine. "17 AM BERG" is a basement apartment with garden access, is brightly furnished, and has a separate entrance.

A public children's playground is just 150 meters away. The apartment was completely renovated and refurbished in April 2021. Everything is state-of-the-art! The bedrooms each have a box-spring bed and wardrobes or shelves, beautiful chandeliers, and a QLED wall-mounted smart TV. The living room features another designer TV, "The Sero." Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

The furnishings are high-quality, with a white kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter coffee, and a Nespresso capsule machine, among other amenities.

A parking space with a charging station is available directly next to the apartment. Additional parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity. There is access to the garden, which features a seating area. A charcoal grill can be provided. The adjacent boiler room, which also serves as a ski storage room, has a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, and other appliances for guest use.
