The accommodation is suitable for up to four guests and also includes a play corner for children, a terrace and one parking space.Living area: The cozy living room features a sofa for 2–3 people, a coffee table, a television and a dining table with four seats. For younger guests, there is also a small play corner with toys.Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with a combination microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, filter coffee machine and kettle. Please note that there is no dishwasher.Bedroom: The bedroom features one double bed measuring 140 × 200 cm and one bunk bed with two mattresses measuring 90 × 200 cm. All four guests sleep in the same bedroom. The room also includes bedside tables, bed lighting, a wardrobe, and two drawers under the bed for additional storage.Bathroom: The bathroom includes a shower cabin, toilet, sink with storage unit and mirror, as well as a washer/dryer combination.Terrace: The apartment has an approximately 12 m² northeast-facing terrace. Please note that no garden furniture is available.For children: A foldable baby bed and high chair are available for children up to 2 years old, along with toys in the living room.Parking: One parking space is included with the accommodation.Pets: Pets are not allowed.
