Wonderful 4 night stay

We stayed here for the 2024 Eclipse. We booked the Grand Suite a year in advance and we loved it. When the weather was good we lived out on the spacious balcony. At night we enjoyed a soak in the jacuzzi tub. There isn’t a shower but we enjoyed our nightly baths instead. Breakfasts were delicious and there are lots of amenities like drinks and snacks. We would love to stay again sometime.

This B&B Mansion was beautiful and very tastefully appointed with pieces characteristic to the time period when the home was built. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. A lovely breakfast was provided each morning. The young lady owner and the woman on staff were friendly and welcoming. Winnsboro is a town with wonderful restaurants and shopping too. Sandy is AMAZING!

We had such a long trip from DFW to Winneboro and didn’t get to Oaklea until late but Sandy drove right over to let us in. She had warm smiles and understanding eyes as she gave us a quick tour and showed us to our room. Every morning, breakfast was hot and delicious! The coffee was fresh and she even had oatmilk for us lactose intolerant! The grounds were nice and our room was clean and spacious. But Sandy was the real treasure!

Lovely B&B

Such a beautiful home with many amazing and unique touches, and with a perfectly manicured lawn and garden area. It would be a great location for a wedding or other special occasion. The breakfast was delicious too! Highly recommended, we loved our stay!
