1- We have a secondary suite in the back of the house with long-term tenants. There are no shared areas outside the driveway and their back entrance

Overall we enjoyed our stay & the location was perfect for us to enjoy the city of Winnipeg. There were a few hiccups with having to wait with check-in as the cleaning was not complete.Party leftovers from previous guests were still on ceiling & curtains off wall. Air conditioning did not work in the master suite, but was fixed on day two of our stay. Our host was apologetic, very concerned & communicative with taking care of our stay. We appreciated his extra efforts.

4 siblings and their partners for 5 days. The best time. We used all the amenities :kayaks, pool table, ping pong, puzzles, books and the best part may have been sitting around the giant table all 8 of us every night having dinner. (Even the kitchen never felt crowded with so many cooks) The house is just so spacious and at the same time we could all fit together and watch movies at the end of the day. Merouane answered any questions immediately and was a wonderful host. If you are looking for a big space in Winnipeg i highly recommend.
