Never coming back
After two nights of barely being able to sleep due to screaming children running up and down the halls we left a day early after seeing 2 mice in our room. The front desk person was not even surprised. It made sense after seeing food boxes left next to doors for 2 days. On the first day we ate at Aaltos and it was mediocre at best. The wait staff kept pushing the buffet which looked old and unappetizing.

The evening was very noisy. It was 730pm and we were leaving my son's room. We had 4 little kids ( 2 3yrs birthday, 5 & 6 year old they were excited to go to the pool the fellow across the way opened his door and screamed at us and said your not the only ones in this hotel so please shut UP and be QUIET.
