I liked that it is central to where we have to go but the last two times we stayed. We had issues with things damaged in our room that they didn't fix. Or things missing that should of been there. Just very run down and dirty probably the last time we stay there.

Not a great stay.

When we first arrived, we waited for quite some time while the front desk staff attended to a phone call which seemed to be endless. The amount of noise throughout the night was unreal. Doors slamming and people running up and down the hallway, hollering in adjacent rooms. It was a non stop party. Just brutal.

Not very impressed with our stay. Arrived fairly late at night with an infant, check-in was great as were front desk staff. Arrived to our room to find it was very warm. The room 'appeared' clean. Turned the AC on & got our playpen set up and went to bed. The room didn't seem to cool much overnight but we had a day planned so we turned it down as far as possible and went out for breakfast. Was told we weren't able to purchase the 20$ coupons for 10$ because we booked through expedia but we were able to at other hotels. Had breakfast in the hotel (was very good!). Went out for the day and came back in the afternoon to use the pool. The room was still quite warm. Got to the pool to find dirt in the kiddie pool and mucusy stuff that appeared to be floating around the pool. Felt very grungy in the pool area and unclean. Left the pool very quickly to return to our room and go out for dinner. Upon returning for dinner our room still hadn't cooled down but the baby needed to go to bed. Once the baby was asleep we used our phones as lights and I noticed that there was dust all over our side tables, excluding where we had set our phones and the babys bottle, but wasn't visible with the light on. The room obviously sat empty for quite some time before we used it (likely due to the excessive heat?) We slept in the heat again, woke up sweating and checked out early morning. The staff were very nice but was unimpressed with said cleanliness of the room and pool area and excessive heat.

The room was very hot, couldn’t control the temperature. Front desk was amazing they called housekeeping for a fan and was delivered shortly after to our room. One bed in the room wasn’t comfortable at all the other was okay. The pool didn’t have towels available to dry off with. The waterslide however was very fast and fun!
