We have stayed here often the staff is always helpful, the rooms are clean and breakfast is great! The only complaint I have is that the pool was not cleaned very well. There were tons of bugs in it and huge clumps of hair floating around.

Staff was not welcoming; we were given a key card to a room that was already occupied. Staff didn’t seem apologetic. Shower had lots of hair in it. We were told by staff that breakfast was at 6:00, but it’s actually at 7:00 on the weekends and we were heading out early in the morning.

When we arrived they didn't have the room we reserved and paid for in advance. Our kids had to sleep on the floor. We had to g o back to the front desk after check-in for blankets and pillows. The breakfast was TERRIBLE! At check out the staff said we were a no-show and couldn't provide a receipt. Never again!
