The room was clean but honestly they need to invest in new pillows and linens. The pillows were worn out and lumpy the sheets and pillow cases were ancient (off color and thread bear). I'm glad there wasn't carpeting. We choose this hotel because there wasn't carpeting, our fear of bed bugs is high. The condition of the linens was a huge concern, we won't be returning.

Had to call for assistance to check in. Once she got there, seemed totake forever. Once in the room, couldn't get heater to work. Found a maid who could. Very restless night of sleep. Very noisy all night

Customer service was good. The hotel was run-of-the-mill. Outside saftey lights are VERY bright and curtains didn't keep the light out. We had to use a few clips ans jimmy-rig the curtain to decreawe the amount of light. Otherwise, the stay was just fine.

You get what you pay for, simple as that old hotel paints calls it a remodel. Couldnt replaced the doors that let all the cold air in, you can hear your neighbors old towels

I stayed in 103. And when I walked in, it smelled so bad, but it's coming from the sewer in the bathroom. So if you shut the bathroom door you're okay. It was okay for the price. The towels are dingy, the doors stick, and so it's hard to open and shut, so it makes a lot of noise, and I feel bad when people are sleeping or trying to sleep. All you hear are doors trying to open and shut It's the first time I'd ever been to a property that you have to call and somebody drives to the property and shows up to give you keys and then leaves. So I never really dealt with the staff. Overall, it was clean. The bed had a few stains on it which you could tell, they were washed sheets, though. Other than getting over the stickiness, and that dingy towels, it was a place to lay my head for the knight to keep driving to Arizona from Oregon.
