The staff were friendly. Although I didn't have any breakfast...I did look into the hotel breakfast room and there were quite a few food items to choose from like scrambled eggs, toast, fruit, yogurt....coffee ad tea. Overall, even though I only slept in the room and was away the entire day till quite late, I felt safe, the room was clean and my experience was very good.

Hotel was clean, room was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful and accommodated an hour late check out. Breakfast was amazing. Had an amazing variety even local bakery bagels and bread. Had two different size waffles so could do small or large options with strawberries and sauce and whipped cream as options along with syrup.was quiet when we were there . Pool we didn't try but the hot tub was sure nice. Maybe a bit to hot but worked and relaxed the body. Was clean. Will definitely stay here again. The renovation when complete will make it better yet.

Room was good check in was not appreciated. Handing me a tablet to check myself in seemed very lazy on the hotel. That to me is not customer service. Pool ran out of towels asked attendant for towels. We stood there for five minutes dripping wet finally just walked back to our room soaked.
