From the moment I arrived, I could tell the Residence Inn Windsor staff was exceptional! I was greeted warmly, accommodated entirely and the rooms were big and spacious. Further, I had cleaning service every day! A hidden jewel of a hotel 5 minutes away from Bradley Airport. I'll definitely stay there again.

I had the worse exoerience ever. Outside of the many complaints placed regarding housekeeling, the constant clogging of the bathroom sink and bathtub. The AGM Mike canceled my second reservation without explanation. When i asked, i was met with rude and dismissive customer service. The AGM lied about there being a 48 hour reentry policy for the property. When asked to see the policy he refused and called the police on me. He abused his power and weaponized the police against ne vecause i am a black woman. Completely disgusting behavior. The ,

The room was very spacious, with a separate downstairs master suite and upstairs loft bedroom/bath. The staff was very accommodating to any need we had and checked on us throughout our stay. Our only "complaint" was that the breakfast was either soggy or hars but they did have a wide selection. We would definitely stay again with our family.

Beautiful property, clean, spacious and quiet. Make sure you read all of the terms there’s a lot of fees attached , $10 parking fee per day $100 cleaning fee $200 deposit hold.

What stood out most was the $500 deposit required at check-in. I've never been more insulted in 51 years of doing business with hotels. I have reserved rooms with you at least 4 times this year with travelers. NEVER AGAIN! NO Marriott is worth this outrageous deposit, especially when the Hampton Inn is affordable. Thank you for making my decision to go with Hilton.

Overall the unit was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was functional, but did lack some basic equipment such as eating utensils. The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The property grounds was well kept.
