We stayed two nights, the room was a nice size, however there was a humming noise the whole time like a heat pump or something. The restaurants was good with reasonable choice and was very well made /presented. The shower was good. The spa is nice you have to pay extra, steam room, sauna and a spa jet pool. Please note No big swimming pool . I had a facial, I had prepaid for 50 minutes facial, however they only provided 25 minutes. No offer of refund. But offered to do the other 25 mins later , by then I was already dressed therefore I was not overly impressed. You need a car , as a walk Into Winchester’s is about an hour, there are buses. Loved Winchester .

Had an amazing 2 night stay. The hotel was very impressive, service was great, staff were super friendly. The hotel was clean, we could easily see no corners were cut, it was fab! The restaurant was great with a great selection, service was amazing. The Spa was Excellent, very professional.

A warm welcome was received on arrival. Room was clean and large in size, bed was very comfy and the pillows were delightful. Breakfast was delicious, the chef was amazing preparing all the alternatives that people were ordering. Bar staff were friendly and chatty. Just a little further out of Winchester than we had anticipated but the taxi service was good. The reception area was bright, comfortable and had a nice relaxing atmosphere with lots of different areas for couples/families to sit and enjoy a drink and/or chat.
