Dissapointed.. notified the hotel and emailed to advise special occasion the room we were allocated was supposedly a privilege.. Would definitely not bother with the upgrade .. absolutely no veiw what so ever Room very bland , car park is in a secure area about 10 mins away from hotel at an extra charge . We ate in the restaurant- definitely would recommend . The hotel itself is in a good location and clean .

A little gem of a stay.

our stay was just one night, Room was comfortable, very friendly staff, Good position short walk to all amenities and beach. Food good my wife in particular enjoyed the breakfast. would stay again. Car parking was expensive at the sister hotel but only a short walk away

La chambre en solo est confortable et propre. Il y a une bouilloire pour faire du thé et un café. Petit point négatif la chambre est très mal isolée au niveau de la fenêtre et des murs. On entend les voisins et l’avenue extérieure.

Nous avons été rappelé à l’ordre par une employée qui visiblement n’a pas apprécié que nous osions déplier un divan lit présent dans la chambre. Cette employée nous a alors contacté pour nous demander si nous partagions cette chambre avec une tierce personne en cachette, nous accusant à demi-mot de frauder. Ce n’est pas très agréable de se sentir à ce point épié et accusés de frauder.

Réservation d’une chambre avec un surclassement. Très bruyante, cette chambre censée apporter plus de confort est en fait mal placée et très mal insonorisée, sans doute la pire en terme de bruit. Le soir où je suis venue, un groupe ayant réservé une partie du rdc a fait bcp de bruit (instruments de musique, conversations bruyantes ) tout d’abord pendant la soirée (à la rigueur pas de problème) mais à plus de 23h impossible de dormir, et les conversations et le bruit ont continué jusqu’à au moins 0h30… Je ne comprends toujours pas pourquoi je n’ai pas été prévenue et changée de chambre directement ? J’ai pourtant appelé à réception à 22h30. Je n’ai jamais vu un rapport qualité prix pareil pour une nuit dans le cadre d’un séjour pro. Dommage je pensais apprécier l’endroit.
