The Space
Five private boutique houses on one Hill Country estate — no shared walls, no hotel lobbies, no neighbors. Your group has the entire Lazy Lavender property to yourselves. Each house is completely different, giving every member of your group their own private sanctuary while still being within walking distance of each other.
This is the most distinctive group accommodation in Wimberley — and quite possibly in all of the Texas Hill Country.

🌲 The Treehouse (sleeps 4)
Perched among the treetops with panoramic Hill Country views. Indoor soaking tub, private outdoor clawfoot soaking tub, swinging daybed, cedar sleeping loft, fire pit, and outdoor grill. NO PETS.
🌿 The Treetop House (sleeps 4)
A king sleeping loft perched among the treetops, a 22-foot soaring cathedral ceiling, and a full-wall commissioned painting by nationally recognized artist Carrie Schmitt — the only one of its kind in any vacation rental in the Texas Hill Country. Private outdoor clawfoot soaking tub, hammock, and outdoor grill. NO PETS.
🎨 The Artsy Cabin (sleeps 2)
Artist-curated interiors with commissioned local murals. Private outdoor clawfoot soaking tub, napping hammock, porch swing, spa-style 3D tile shower, and outdoor grill. DOG FRIENDLY ($95 flat fee).
🏡 The Farmhouse (sleeps 6)
The largest property on the estate. Indoor soaking tub, covered outdoor porch seats 8, fire pit, hammock under live oak, king suite plus two queen bedrooms, full Restoration Hardware living room, and outdoor grill. DOG FRIENDLY ($95 flat fee).
✏️ The Designers Cottage (sleeps 4)
Tucked under ancient live oaks with valley views earning a 100% five-star location rating from guests. Private fire pit, covered porch with rocking chairs and porch swing, full kitchen, and outdoor grill. DOG FRIENDLY ($95 flat fee).

House Rules
Maximum 20 guests total. Dogs welcome in Artsy Cabin, Farmhouse and Designers Cottage only ($95 flat fee per dog). No pets in Treehouse or Treetop House. No smoking indoors. No fireworks or shooting. Commercial use requires prior approval.
House Rules — Group Getaway

Welcome to The Lazy Lavender Group Getaway — five private boutique houses, all yours for the weekend. To make sure every guest has an exceptional stay, here`s what you need to know before you arrive.

Guests & Capacity
Maximum 20 guests total across all five houses — children over 24 months count toward the total. An additional charge of $100 per night per guest applies beyond 20 guests. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. If you`d like to have visitors stop by, please reach out and we`ll do our best to accommodate.

Dogs
We welcome one dog in The Artsy Cabin, The Farmhouse, and The Designers Cottage. Dogs are not permitted in The Treehouse or The Treetop House. All dogs must be registered before arrival — a $95 flat fee per dog applies. An unregistered dog will result in a $500 fine.
Please keep dogs off all furniture, beds, and lounge areas. We charge $200 if dog hair is found on furniture and $300 plus replacement costs for any accidents inside the house. Please bring waste bags — our cleaning team charges extra for dog waste pickup and we pass this cost to the guest. Dogs must be crated when left alone in the house. No other animals are permitted.
If you are traveling with a service dog, please register it with us before your stay. Service dogs must remain leashed at all times and cannot be left alone in any of the houses.

Events & Noise
If you`re planning a group event or celebration, please let us know in advance so we can ensure noise levels stay within acceptable range for the neighborhood. Please refrain from fireworks and shooting on the property.

Smoke-Free Property
All five houses are 100% smoke-free indoors — a minimum $500 cleaning fee applies for any smoking inside. If you smoke outdoors, please take your butts with you — a $50 cleanup fee applies if our team has to collect them.

Parking
Maximum parking for 20 vehicles across the property — please plan accordingly.

Commercial Use
Corporate events, photography shoots, and filming for commercial purposes must be discussed and approved with us in advance.
