We had a great girls trip stay here for my birthday! Check in was easy, place was clean (it is pretty dated inside) but it is just as it looks in the photos. Hosts were extremely kind and responsive to any questions we had. Hot tub was great, location was perfect to get to many restaurants downtown. Overall great stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this historical house! The character and charm throughout made it feel truly special, and it was perfect for our family and extended family thanks to all the space. Cozy yet spacious, it gave everyone room to spread out while still feeling warm and connected.Some of our favorite memories were the late nights playing board games the host thoughtfully provided, and slow mornings around a full pot of coffee (we loved that there was an actual coffee pot for whole pots, not just single servings) before heading out for the day.The location was fantastic too, just a short drive to downtown and just down the street from Thai Restaurant Indochine, which was amazing. Overall, this house was the perfect home base for exploring Wilmington, and we'd stay again in a heartbeat!Also I’d be silly not to mention the backyard garden. It’s very relaxing, providing a hot tub with shade, and greenery. The string lights and iron gate really added to the ambience. We absolutely loved all the little touches and charm!
