Room was made up nice. We were put in handicap room 130 which was very run down. The hall was smokey from smokers. The toilet seat was broken, the heater wouldn’t shut off, the gap in the back door let rain water in, the plugs wouldn’t allow the coffee pot to plug in.employees were great.

It was fine, bur not great. Had to switch rooms because bed frame was broken. The new room smelled strange. Shower rod almost falling off in tge bathroom. Mattress should be replaced springs made noise and uncomfortable. The room was clean but could use some deep cleaning/detailing. The breakfast was ok. All in all it wasn't too bad for the price. Its not easy to find a good hotel in this area that is responsibly priced. I would probably stay again if I couldn't find something better. Also the pool wasn't open on Memorial day weekend, that was disappointing.

The rooms could use a serious deep clean, it had an odor to it and was unsure where it was coming from but after running the air conditioner for a little it seemed fine. I would recommend a new pair of curtains, a new lamp shade and a fresh coat of paint for the walls as it appeared filthy under a black light (walls doors, doorknobs, curtains, flooring entering bathroom were in the worst shape. On a positive note the bed was clean, comfortable and had soft pillows. Dove toiletries, plenty of towels. Hotel is located in a central location conveniently close to shopping, eateries and gas stations.

Liked the restaurant right inside of the hotel and the live entertainment at 5:00. An elevator would be a nice addition as it’s a little tough to drag our luggage up the stairs, but we managed. Very nice staff.

First thing I asked about an elevator and was pointed to the stairs mind you i'm 75 years old with a suitcase you could have given me a first floor room but you didn't you put me on the second floor with no elevator.Then I come down for breakfast and thats cold i was done after that

Would not recommend this hotel. Very outdated, room was not very clean, found a roach in the bathroom. Also, hotel has no elevator. Very difficult when you have to carry all of your luggage up several steps to 2nd floor. Also booked a non smoking room with two queen beds. We were placed in a room with two double beds and the room had definitely been smoked in.
