This property smells horrible! We were staying for 2 nights, and after the first night we had to move to another room because the smell of cigarette smoke made us all wake up feeling sick with headaches. The second room was only marginally better, and trash was on the desk when we moved in. The place is totally run down, dirty and smells terrible.

I had to have my room changed 3 times. Room #1 exhaust did not work Room#2 The bed was too high and I could not get on bed. and shower curtain had mildew on the bottom. I have arthritis in my back and hip pain. Shower curtain had mildew on the bottom. Did not take shower and clover shower. Maid change it later. Room#3 I moved the chair to sleep in the room to sleep in and it was a soda bottle under it and over 40 bugs. See pictures

I went in with certain expectations based off of some reviews I saw online. First and foremost, there was no smell and no sticky floors. The front desk and housekeepers are exceptionally good and very welcoming. Special shoutouts to Sade and Heather. Sade received me without any drama and I gave Heather a hard time because I left my keycard in the room and the door is bolted. She helped out thrice in a single morning with booking reconfirmation and opening the room. Breakfast is nice enough. TV is 50” and Internet is about 70-80mbps, enough for 4K and to do some real work on your devices. In all, I recommend Ramada highly and would be going back. Thank you for a good stay.
