Property dirty, wreaks of smoke, people live there, kids run around at night, appearance of a shelter. Staff is not professional, lights don’t work, fridge leaks, bedding stained. I would not even let a cockroach stay there. Horrible!!!

We arrived late to check in due to family situation once settled in the room went to turn on TV and there was no connection to the internet for service , called down to the front desk and no answer tried twice before laying down to silent night , told the front desk at check out , who gave me a response that they would let the manager know but I didn’t receive any response
